I am on a mission to empower job seekers and hiring managers with tailored and effective interview preparation solutions.
I have led talent acquisition teams in global companies such as Accenture, Poly, TikTok, and LinkedIn, where I helped them attract, engage, and retain top talent across various markets and functions.
Recently I was invited to the LinkedIn offices in Dublin by the Refugee Council of Ireland and LinkedIn to present job interview preparation tips and tricks to a diverse number of refugees who are looking for work in Ireland. I am extremely passionate about supporting and helping refugees who have arrived in Ireland. Having been made redundant three times I have huge empathy for anyone who is on the market looking for work.
